BBC Football Virtual Sets – Part 2 of 4 Final Score

BBC Final Score Virtual Set created by Lightwell

On Saturdays during the Premier League season, Final Score begins covering live football during the afternoon, with a short news bulletin separating it from the earlier show, Football Focus. Under cover of the news bulletin, the crew reset the physical studio, whilst he gallery crew switch versions of the virtual set and lighting.

No live games are shown, but presenters and pundits provide verbal updates to ongoing matches, whilst watching games on a sequence of monitors hidden from camera view by the curved shroud positioned in front of the desk – BBC are forbidden from showing any live game footage. Unlike Football Focus, this show uses the main presenting area, with an offset stool and table presenting position for additional updates.
